Comment:  Been going to chi phi parties since freshmen year. They are a cool group of dudes that can party as well or better (in my opinion) as any fraternity at unf. Safe and comfortable to be around. Their functions and formals are always full of energy and their last few pledge classes have been good looking. They are truly becoming top tier. Easily the best brotherhood on campus i have seen
