Comment:  Phi Mu is not a top tier house & everyone knows it. Though within the recent years they have moved away from the nickname of phi "moos". Known for their sisterhood and for being fun and genuine girls but definitely not for being top tier. May be lower tier but there is a still SIGNIFICANT difference between them and SK's rank on just about every level, even if the numerical order doesn't exactly say so.
