Comment:  Some really nice guys in this frat but some really creepy guys too. Hope their PC is a little classier than some of the guys they have now. I know that can be said about pretty much every frat but since Chi Phi is relatively new/recently back I think they should work to recruit some quality dudes. Beautiful house though and their basement is sick. They seem pretty close as brothers. They've been getting closer with some of the sports teams which is cool that its not just sorority stuff.
