Comment:  Great house but not seen as the only top house any longer. PiPhis have solid competition. Definitely one of the top tier along with DG, AlphaPhi and ChiO. All four of these houses are consistently considered the best of the best at CU. As a senior, I know so many piphis who were dropped by ChiO, AlphaPhi and DG during the last four recruitments. They’re no better than the other three. So, everyone knows PiPhi is still good but let’s be real for once. Everyone also knows PiPhis are only one of four dominant houses at CU. PiPhis need to get over themselves.
