Comment:  Theta chi was 100% a bottom fraternity when i first came here. Over the past year they did a total 180 and honestly are setting themselves up to be a top chapter by the end of this year, I’d say they’re just about top tier but not quite yet. Most guys are really cool but a couple make it really weird at times i guess.
