Comment:  Everyone here is hella nice. Safest Frat BY FAR. Always someone to talk to and know get home safe. Community involvement is awesome, they had Low Hanging Fruit perform and other local artists. Not too crowded and parties are not the best but again, safe. Lenient on ratio..
