Comment:  Theta has honestly built itself so nicely over the past three years. I can’t imagine how hard it is to build a chapter from the ground up and they’ve done a great job building connections all around. Yeah there’s things to fix but of course there’s always things to improve on. Cut them some slack. Also, how are you mad at jungle house when all the do is smoke and eat? I’m in a frat and even i know that lmfao
