Comment:  Cliques. Best way to describe a majority of these girls. There’s a lot of solid girls in the chapter but they’re pushed down and overshined by the few “popular” girls. Theta has so much potential but the officers need to be selected based off of skill and not popularity. Also the new set of officers suppressed a lot of internal issues when certain officers should of be kicked out for their actions not just taken off their seat. Again great potential just let the less cliquey girls shine through and restore order.
