Comment:  About half the chapter is sweet, smart, and doesn’t care whatsoever about what others think, and the other half is very concerned with image, becoming “middle tier,” and can be a bit fake. They did win Greek sing, did well in stomp, and got a cute fall 18 pc though, and definitely improved over the course of last year. Their fall 19 pc will be a big determining factor of the chapter growth/improvement this year
