Comment:  In all honesty, I’ve only been to a few of their parties like on Chavez but it was a lot of fun. Some of the older guys are a little weird but the recent pledge classes and younger guys are really good looking and really fun to talk to! I think if they have a couple more good pledge classes then they could be upper middle tier to lower top tier. They’re terrible at sports lol but a bunch of REALLY good guys and I feel safe at their parties unlike a lot of the frats on campus. I think they get a lot of hate because they aren’t your typical douchey frat like most on campus, but just a really fun and genuine group of guys. Overall, I’d give phi delt a solid middle tier ranking but I see them getting bigger and better in the next couple of years.
