Comment:  Tbh everything you hear about kappa is somewhat true, not sure if thats good or bad. Theyve been considered a “top house” along with pi phi. They have a reputation for being a party sorority - mostly hanging out with zete/sae/ka. Theyre all pretty and thought of as a “hot” sorority (mostly white blonde girls). Noticed theres a lot of athletes in this house, the entire beach volleyball and dance team basically. The girls in this house arent necessarily mean, but they are pretty exclusive in my experience
