Comment:  I have yet to meet a GPhi that wasn't friendly and nice. Similar to Theta's in classiness but not as Type A. Genuine is a word a lot of people use and it fits them to a tee. They are not overwhelming in a Rah-Rah sense. Some sororities seem mostly made up of "influencers" but Gphi girls seem authentic. Some girls are partiers but not hard core like some other sororities. If you're looking for a middle of the road sorority with a nice group of girls who, for the most part, are pretty down to earth and with a tight sisterhood, Gphi is good choice. Don't pay attention to the "rankings", each sorority has its own unique personality.
