Comment:  Haven't heard from Phi Kapp much until this year. Heard they were a bunch of short catholic boys until a few years ago. Some mid tier sororitys like them now. Went to a party last semester and it was actually better than I expected. These guys are probably lower mid but can definitely improve to mid in the next year or two with some good recruitment.
