Comment:  Middle tier, rebuilding from when they got kicked off. Nice house but their night parties were lame last year. The few darties they had were lit tho. Smart and not douchey but less cool as a result. Got a big PC last year when most of the other middle tiers had trouble getting kids. Lets see if they can do something with it.
