Comment:  to the poster below, PI PHI doesn't want to compete with the low class Kappas who lie to PNMs about the construction of their house and have an awful sisterhood!! Pi Phi, Theta, Tri Delt and Chi O are all far ABOVE Kappa and everyone knows it!! Kappa isn't in the same class as these other 4 houses.
