Comment:  I would say a few years ago the top houses were Pi Phi, Chi O, and GPHI but that’s def changed. GPHI is terrible now (please look at latest pledge class, grades, retention rate, and community service) and Kappa has definitely taken its place. Great girls who care about each other, not to mention a GORGEOUS house.
