Comment:  Just tired of seeing pi phi self rank everywhere. They may be rising (I haven’t heard any of this at school only on this site), but still considered middle tier, not above any of the top 4 houses. Their events are still with mostly middle tier frats. Had nothing against pi phi until coming on this site...
