Comment:  Although a decent group of guys, PIKE has had many struggles the past year. Their house is way to small to hold over 40 guys, and they haven’t been able to find ample living space. Because of this, Sororities will choose to go to other houses since Pike doesn’t have a good party space. They’ll be moving out and searching for new living within the next few years.
