Comment:  Ranking is based on a good friend's experience with them several years ago. It's a good warning to others to make your feelings known if you are bullied by a "mean girl". This did happen to my friend at this chapter, and it was awful. No one would help, no one would listen, and many knew of the bullying. Only good news is the girl who did this has graduated and moved on, thank goodness.
