Comment:  DTD's reputation is over-rated. Delt's would have us believe that all is good, all is great regarding their fraternity. Don't buy their hype! Things are definitely not as great as they'd have us think. It'll be no big surprise when they hit the bottom like so many other's - SigEp, KappaSig, KA, etc. Expect another fraternity or sorority to be living in the new Delt house within a couple of years.
