Comment:  Old DU definitely was a Mizzou powerhouse, consistently top 3 fraternity. The new DU colony has a lot of potential. Guys recruited so far are really cool and nice and tend to be fraternity men instead of frat boys. They seem to get along really good with each other and show signs of building a really strong, viable brotherhood. Their grades so far have been a definite improvement compared to the former DU chapter, and they haven't been hesitant to get involved in Greek Life and University activities. I recently heard that they'll be moving into the DU castle within the next two weeks. That should give them a real boost and help them build on an already good colony start. Don't look for them to be a lower tier fraternity!
