Comment:  Pi Phi is always consistently top tier, however they do have pretty low individuality within their pledge classes and girls drop because they don't feel attached to the sorority. However, the same could be said for the other top sororities, and Pi Phi always does strong rush so it doesn't look like they're leaving the top anytime soon.
