Comment:  Let’s be honest... these guys are happy being average. Happy with a house off campus. Happy with 50-55 members. Happy with pledge classes of 11-12 guys. Went to a party and it was fun... but not “lit”. They aren’t too like Phi Delt, but definitely not bottom lol Theta Chi. Just ok
