Comment:  can we stop pretending chi o has “recovered” from their scandals? They clearly only care about their old members and not the 70 they had to recruit, some of whom were snap bids. There is a very clear divide in sisterhood and yes, some of them may be very social and involved, but the other 75% don’t participate, go out, or anything else that would make a chapter “top.”
