Comment:  Pi Phi has been working for years now to improve their image and sisterhood. While this was starting to pay off, in the past year it has become more about appearing to have a great sisterhood than it is about actually creating bonds between members. There is a select group, usually part of the exec board and their friends, and they run the chapter and are exempt from following the rules and any consequences for their actions. The alum committee that helps run the chapter doesn't care about making the chapter better, but rather avoiding confrontation and keeping those who will throw the biggest fit happy. Pi Phi has a long way to go and a lot of changes to make before they're the great sisterhood they claim to be.
