Comment:  Sorry but what is up with the hype around this house lately? PiPhi is not top tier. Solid middle, they have no “identity” and most people forget they exist. Average looking tomboyish girls, sportsy, and just not super recognizable or well known for anything at A&M. Just nothing here really screams “top tier” here.
