Comment:  Phi Sig is alright...I guess. Their parties are minimum -- been to pregames where more people showed up. They are a handful of brothers who are very attractive and the others are really lacking. They keep to themselves, if you don't know who the brothers are then you never will because they don't really associate with people at their things.
