Comment:  One of their sisters told me they assign bigs and littles based on looking, not personality and similar interests. I know this isn’t always what happens and they do take the littles request into consideration, but the fact that it happens at all is pretty weird. They’re either the best person you’ve ever met or the worst, there’s no in between with Phi Sig and half of them are so fake that you’ll never be able to tell who’s your friend and who isn’t.
