Comment:  used to be top 5 fraternity on campus easily, which is why they still maintain any sort of pull around campus. sadly have been on probation for the last few years and have been unable to throw parties outside of rush week. if you want to go to a frat w/ no parties for the foreseeable future, chi phi is the one with the coolest brothers and nicest house. even without parties, surprisingly has a bunch of cool guys
