Comment:  budget chi phi, but better sig ep. bad reputation and have been unable to throw down for the last few years due to probation. still do mixers and philanthropy w/ sororities though, as well as small events like watch parties for the basketball games. they dont really throw parties. i hope they can come back soon, but they dont really have anything going for them right now besides location.
