Comment:  These guys could make good use of Pi Phi house. Dope courtyard. Will be good for rushing guys from tri and having girls over from tri. Unfortunately it is across the street from the police, we will see if that impacts them. If they somehow manage to rush athletes and convince hot athletic girls to come to their parties, which could be difficult, they’ll be doing really good. They have a big year ahead of them with a lot of potential. I’ll also note these guys were pretty cool when I had them in my classes. Smart enough to follow along with the class and to help people near them. Really their future depends on how good this years pledge classes are
