Comment:  Pi Phi has been an awesome top tier house for a while now. Compared to the other “top tiers” they are a lot more down to earth, and show out for events. Great group of girls, not to mention how hot they are. I think their new pc is a lot of girls who would of fit well in Chi O but considering what happened these girls make a great new addition. Exactly what this house needed.
