Comment:  Good looking house on average, but they are really stuck up and definitely over-rated. They are a top 3 house, but they are no better than phi kapp or sig chi, they just think they are. Traditionally, they are rich, but I know kids in other fraternities that are more wealthy than many beta's, and that's okay, I'm just pointing out that they aren't untouchable.
