Comment:  A true bottom, whether that's because they're new or not. They ended up with a mid level chapter GPA, zero community service hours and zero philanthropy dollars raised. They dont have an identity yet, but that is understandable considering theyve only been on campus for a year. Their mission does not fit to the fraternity culture at ECU, so that will always hold them back. If they want to increase their membership/popularity they will need to reevaluate their goals and vision for their future. Im sure it's not easy being new, but limiting yourself to a low GPA and already having lazy habits of not contributing to the community is a piss poor way of trying to establish yourself on a campus. Hopefully they will turn it around this year.
