Comment:  One of the most social fraternities on campus. They consistently have good socials, and pair with other fraternities for parties. Took the "Jersey Frat" stereotype from SAE after they were kicked off. No house yet, but their national organization has been looking for the past two years. Their intramurals are good, and consistently either take first or second alongside Sig Tau. They raised over $6000 for philanthropy this past semester, but had zero community service hours. Their "Jam out for Josh" event is where they raise the majority of their philanthropy dollars. Every year for the past four years, they have paired with DZ for homecoming, and always have a social with them each semester. Once they get a house, they could very easily shoot up to top tier.
