Comment:  a very "good" bottom tier. honestly would argue they aren't even bottom--more middle/average. this will be their 3rd year on campus and they are clearly trying to improve. a diverse, friendly group of girls...but they seem to try to hard to get on top. their time will come it will just take years. they now have a house which is helpful. the biggest missing part for them is philanthropy: no one really understands what they do and they only have one event all year. they're a huge chapter too which makes it harder to know all the sisters. but overall the girls in phi sig seem relatively happy with one another.
