Comment:  A lot of this seems like misdirected anger. You can't judge 100 people based off the actions of only a few people. You can't also judge the actions of a few people without letting them face their accusers and not providing ample evidence in the name of anonymity. You also can't play judge, jury, and executioner in these types of complex situations. You also can't spread rumors and defame entire organizations. Nobody is invalidating the stories of those affected by some of the people in the Sigma Chi chapter here at UCSD. However, there needs to be an appropriate balance of accountability but also justice and due process. Rash tirades and unfounded accusations will only delegitimize and undermine the valid argument that there needs to be a culture change. However, this goes beyond Sigma Chi and you cannot simply make an example of one fraternity at the expense of innocent people who would never dare commit any of the allegations there are being accused of.
