Comment:  Great guys that are lots of fun. Merger with Phi Delt turned out really well for both houses and freshman class is like phi delt level ++ Treat girls right and looks like good brotherhood. The new lambda are the good looking boys that you take home. Def top of the mids and possibly creeping into the bottom top next year we shall see.
