Comment:  Pi Phi tries to act like they’re mid tier but in reality they’ve fallen hard and are now considered bottom tier by most. They have a notoriously weak sisterhood and take pride in not showing up to mixers, really hurting their social calendar. With Chi Psi on probation next semester it’ll be really surprising if they mix with anyone.
