Comment:  Sig Tau, one of the first fraternities to reap off the misfortunes of another fraternity. Before the house, you didn't hear much from these guys. They've put it to good use to attract pledges, but some of the older guys are iffy. They can keep the momentum until Phi Tau comes back for their house. Then, who knows.
