Comment:  TKE threw some crazy parties fall quarter before the house was blue tagged, and later re-stolen by rugby. The day party was really fun and we had a solid mixer with them last quarter. Will be interesting to see whether their housing situation for next year goes well and restores them to their former partying glory, or goes badly and just makes the situation worse. Don’t want them to see fade into obscurity
