Comment:  Who are they? Not active, but just sold half their land diagonal from Delts for over $7 Million dollars. Half the land will become apartments, and they will spend millions to build a brand new luxury frathouse on the other half of the land. Don't know how active their alums are, but the new house will at least get PNMs in the door to consider them. Will see how they do, but I predict they will be a force in IFC.
