Comment:  These guys have one of the best party houses at Rutgers. Their basement is huge and pretty much soundproof, so they can throw down almost all the time without getting in trouble. They have a lettered house on college avenue, and aren’t affiliated with the university. Meaning that they don’t have to adhere to any of Dean A’s rules, and they only have to worry about the police and their nationals (who aren’t too strict). This is the destination for all freshman girls to go to, or girls who have grown to love dke. These guys consistently throw down, and if they get their sorority relations up, good things could come of it. I heard they hosted Theta chi at their house with some sororities this semester.
