Comment:  I am not really sure why people are saying chi o is not involved on campus. They won chapter of the year this year (because they are involved and their gpa). I have hung out with a lot of chi os and they are a diverse group of girls. They like to party but also have a focus on grades. In my opinion, they are a top house.
