Comment:  Definitely 100% degenerate but in the best way. They are such fun guys even if you don't know them that well. They know how to have the most fun even if you're not at a party and are smart as hell despite the reputation that all they do is party. I think they should definitely qualify as top tier, it's too bad IFC is so strict with them.
