Comment:  Pros: Big, well layed out house, strong intramurals, mostly out of state wealthy guys, have events with all the good sororities. Lots of fun 4 way parties, cons: basement gets ungodly hot during parities, have been dealing with sopro issues forever, never give out enough bids to parties.
