Comment:  DU has done well since they returned in 2016. They are already better than the true bottom tier. They have pledged around 20 new members a year the last two years. The next couple of years will be crucial, they will either advance into the middle tier or stagnate. They need to get asolid 20-30 man class this summer and the alumni have to begin working on a new house. If they do these things they can make it if not they will eventually decline .
