Comment:  Definitely one of the “top houses” based of off irrelevant criteria like looks, money and mean girl material. New pc is nicer than the others but has a lot of COB (informal rushees) that really bring the group down. I have friends in this house who regret joking because of the drama/cliques and lack of campus participation.
