Comment:  LOL to the comment below. It’s a KNOWN FACT that Pi Phi has the worst retention rate. Have for years. Not a bitter girl....doesn’t mean Pi Phi isn’t a good house, it just means that it isn’t known for treating their freshman well or I guess kind of forgetting them after they pledge and get initiated. And their grades stink....I don’t think they’ve gotten above 7th in grades since I’ve been here and I’m a junior about to be senior. Again doesn’t make them bad but these are the facts.
