Comment:  To be fair they do have a sick house now. They're nowhere near the top - not even middle tier yet, but with their new house this is their chance to grow. Get a good pledge class if possible, work on relations, throw some parties and could work your way up. Worst thing you could do is take anyone into your next couple pledge classes. Smaller with quality guys is better than the opposite.
